Actions Whey Protein 65 is a blend of highly biologically valuable proteins to support convalescence and muscle growth after challenging training. Actions Whey Protein 65 contains faster and slower absorbable proteins, calcium caseinate and additionally the mixture is enriched with L-Glutamine and branched-chain amino acids BCAA.

Dosage: The daily dose is 50 g (2 scoops) of powder twice a day, eg for morning doping and up to ¾ hours after training.
