DESCRIPTION: Aminostar L-Glutamine 240 tablets
L-Glutamine is a 100% pure amino acids, the basic building material of proteins that promote growth and maintain muscle mass. L-Glutamine has the largest representation in the muscle cell.Glutamine (pure L-glutamine) increases immunity flushes growth hormone and testosterone after exercise. Act by a similar mechanism as anabolic agents.
Anabolic muscle glutamine causes increase in muscle fiber, which is advantageous especially in bodybuilding. Without adequate levels of L-glutamine in the muscle cells slows overall regeneration and reduces immunity.

USE: Aminostar L-Glutamine 240 tablets
Recommended dosage: basic dosage is 5 g glutamine (5 tablets) immediately after training. Another benefit can be taken apart for about 2-3 hours, in the case of a morning workout in the evening. Dose drink plenty of fruit juice or water.
