DESCRIPTION: Amix B-Complex + Vitamin C & E 90 capsules
Amix B-Complex contains a unique blend of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, E, calcium, zinc and biotin.A group of all Group B vitamins works together as one team, which is one of the reasons why it is recommended to take all B vitamins at once. Their complex helps keep the body in balance, physical and mental harmony.
Practically every training is so demanding that it roughly corresponds to the need for a daily dose of vitamins. Therefore, in addition to the basic daily dose of vitamins, the athlete needs an additional daily dose of vitamins for each workout. In addition, depending on the type of body weight, metabolism, diet and other circumstances, vitamin doses are still adjusted.
For athletes, it is therefore advisable to supplement both the basic dose of vitamins and the increase in training and the vitamins in the natural diet to take as an extra bonus that can not be relied upon.
