The BCAA Elite Rate by Amix product contains the ideal ratio of amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valin in a 2:1:1 ratio.Essential amino acids are among the essential components of proteins that support the creation and maintenance of muscles.

BCAA undoubtedly have several unique body, important functions, many of which are necessary for high-quality performance and fast recovery. They have a positive influence on performance in endurance sports, it has been shown that in this type of load the organism consumes 90% Leucine for energy production.
USE: Amix Amix BCAA Elite Rate 120 capsules
Take 3-6 capsules 30-60 minutes before exercise or 3-6 capsules after physical exercise.
