Creatine Magna Power™ with magnesium creatine bisglycinate capsules represents food intended to cover the energy expenditure of intense muscular effort, especially for athletes. Creatine is a patented product MagnaPower al. Albion. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium is involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
 
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid is commonly found in all vertebrates. The highest concentration then reaches within muscle tissue. Creatine serves as macroergic compounds supplying the flash energy mainly muscle tissue where it is needed in a short time to spend a relatively large amount of ATP. The use of creatine for therapeutic purposes (muscle, neurological and combined diseases, arthritis, infarct states) was and still is examined. Some studies show that creatine could slow the onset of some neurodegenerative diseases.
