Amix Glutamine + BCAA is a product containing amino acids BCAA in the ratio 2: 1: 1 in combination with the amino acid L-Glutamine.

BCAA - branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are a significant part of amino acids constituting human muscle tissue. In the case of physical stress depletes energy stores consisting of glycogen and started production of energy from the branched chain amino acids. BCAA helps ensure an adequate supply of energy.
L-glutamine is an amino acid in the human body occurs in the greatest amount. It represents 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of total circulating amino acids. BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) constitute about 33% of total muscle protein. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
