Plant protein
USE: Amix GreenDay Vegefiit Protein 2000 g
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 250 ml water. Use a blender or hand-held shaker, mix for about 30 seconds.
Use 2-3 times daily between meals, depending on your daily protein need.
