Amix Glutamine + BCAA is an effective product for maximizing your performance, but also a great supplement for muscle recovery. Amix Glutamine + BCAA is a product containing branched chain amino acids BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio in combination with the amino acid L-Glutamine.

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body. The amino acid L-Glutamine is one of the most important components of proteins that support muscle formation and maintenance.

Once there is a deficiency of Glutamine in the body, the body starts to make it itself from the muscle itself from other amino acids. This leads to a reduced ability to recover and subsequently muscle growth stops.

Enough Glutamine promotes the growth of muscle fibers. If you are serious about muscle growth, you should not underestimate your Glutamine intake.

USE:

The basic daily dose is 2 scoops (12 g). Take 1 scoop (6 g) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 scoop (6 g) after training.
 
Prepare the drink by mixing 1 scoop and 250-300 ml of water or juice.
