This great tasting product is an ideal source of natural oat fiber.OatMash® can be consumed at any time during the day, hot and cold. You can also add it to your recipes such as pancakes, cakes, puddings. The flavorless flavor is great for thickening soups or sauces without the need for overcooking.

USE: Amix Mr. Popper's Oat Mash 2000 g
Oat drink: mix 1 scoop (50 g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a mixer or hand shaker. OatMash® can also be mixed with your favorite protein cocktail.
