Composed of protein thanks to its high protein content. Amix Protein OptiMash contains a combination of two types of protein, whey and milk. This product is excellent as a protein breakfast, but can be consumed anytime during the day as a snack.
OptiMash® is a good source of protein, carbohydrate and soluble fiber that not only helps digestion, but also feeds you for a long time.

- ALA contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 2 g ALA.
USE:
Protein shake: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) mixed with 250 ml of cold water or milk. Use a blender or shaker, mix for 30 seconds.
Protein slurry: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 180 ml of hot milk or water. Mix well with a fork until you get the right consistency of mush. Wait about 3 minutes. You can sweeten porridge a little honey or decorate fruit and nuts. The mixing ratio can be adjusted according to your taste.
