For the most effective regeneration is appropriate formulation Recovery Max combined with any of a variety of protein and carbohydrate products Amix. Take care of quality recovery of your muscles. A balanced mixture of amino acids and other active substances.
USE: Amix Recovery Max 575 g
Mix ½ scoop (11,5 g) with 200-300 ml of water and drink immediately after physical performance.
To change the flavour and sweetness of drink change the amount of water used for preparation.
