ATP Creatine Monohydrate 800 tablets. Creatine is one of the main sources of energy used for muscle contraction.

DESCRIPTION: ATP Creatine Monohydrate 800 tablets

Creatine is one of the main sources of energy used for muscle contraction. In the body, is synthesized in the kidney and liver from the amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine. A significant portion is stored in the cells of the skeletal muscles, then present in brain and blood. Creatine increases physical performance when consecutive short intervals, high intensity exercise - beneficial effect is obtained with intake of 3 g of creatine per day.
