DOSAGE:

Stir 1-2 teaspoons in 100-250 ml of warm or lukewarm water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. Serve 1-4 times a day. Suitable for long-term use. Do not flavor the drink with acidity.

Intended for drinking after dilution. The recommended dilution for a soft drink is 1:80. Sediment of herbal origin is not a defect.
