Sea buckthorn is most often used to make a syrup that contains all the important vitamins (A. C, B, D, K and P). It is also used for stomach problems, the flu and infectious diseases.
Yarrow traditionally promotes appetite. Because it can increase bile production, it improves digestion. It is most praised by women during menstruation for its effective control of bleeding.
DOSAGE:
Mix 1 teaspoon in 150 ml of warm or lukewarm water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. We recommend serving in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 servings in the evening. Intended for drinking after dilution.
The recommended dilution for a soft drink is 1:80. Sediment of herbal origin is not a defect.
