DOSAGE:
The recommended dose is to take 15 to 20 drops of tincture three times a day. Tincture can also be dripped into a drink, such as water, tea.

water, fine fermentation alcohol (alc. 35% vol.), ground anchor. The maximum recommended daily dose (60 drops) contains an extract of 51 mg of anchor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and nursing women. Keep out of reach of children. Shake before use, light turbidity is not a defect. Store in a dry place at 5-25 °C.
