Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica)

Nettle has always served in folk medicine. It is a plant measuring about 30 - 200 cm and occurs in the temperate climate zone of the northern hemisphere. Not all active substances in nettles have been fully investigated. In addition to various acids such as silicas, formic, etc., acetylcholine (1%), Ca, K, Fe, Na, sulfur compounds, histamine (up to 0.5%) and serotonin (0.02%) have been found. .

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

Its height is 5 - 40 cm. It contains mainly bitters, flavonoids, phenocarboxylic acids, coumarins, phytosterols, minerals and inulins. The root is usually harvested for medical purposes. The best way to do this is to go for it in March or April. Harvesting and processing the root is not so easy, but the time and energy we spend on the collected roots of the cream is a very profitable investment for our future health. Young leaves and flower also have healing effects.

 USE:

The recommended dose is to take 20 drops of tincture 3 times a day. Tincture can also be dripped into a drink, such as water, tea.
