Dr. Popov Psyllium - fiber helps facilitate emptying, promotes proper fat metabolism, and promotes satiety. Psyllium fiber from Dr. Popov is a soluble fiber produced by the purification of the seeds of Indian jelly seed.
DESCRIPTION: Dr. Popov Psyllium - fiber 200 g
Psyllium is a soluble fiber which is produced by the purification of the shells of the Indian Plantain (Plantago ovata husk). Psyllium Dr. Popov increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times.
