USE: Extrifit AminoFree Peptides 400 g
Recommended dosage:
• Depending on body weight, sports activity and diet
• Use: 1 - 3 cups before or after training
• daily dose = 3 scoops = 20 g
Instructions for preparation:
• Mix the contents of the measuring cup in 100 ml of water
• Do not mix in a shaker! (The shaker grid creates a massive foam)
• Mix the contents of 1 scoop = 6.7 g (1 bag) with just a teaspoon of 100 ml of water (so do not make any foam)
