Crea Monohydrate contains creatine in the form of 100% micronized creatine monohydrate. Creatine increases physical performance in successive short intervals of high intensity physical performance, such as bodybuilding or fitness fitness exercises. This effect is achieved with a minimum supply of 3 g of creatine per day.Creatine is a natural part of the human organism, a substance that promotes the release of energy in the cells and thus serves as a source of energy.
