This product is designed primarily for gaining muscle mass and prevents catabolism during strenuous physical training or during the drawing period. It has long been used mainly in bodybuilding.
It contains amino acids such as BCAA and HMB, which can also be obtained from fish meat or citrus. The proper effect of HMB use also depends on your diet. It is intended more for more experienced bodybuilders.
The product is used for the normal state of energy metabolism, nervous system and mental activity. Also to make red blood cells and maintain the immune system. Reduces the state of exhaustion and fatigue.
DOSAGE:
Take 6 HMB Power capsules daily. On the day of training, take 3 capsules 60 minutes before training and 3 capsules after training, on the day of training off, divide your daily dose into three parts and spread its intake during the day. Drink plenty of fluids
