Healthy fats are essential to our body, much like vitamins, all the more during intensive training. Include healthy forms of fat in your diet and supplement them with our product Omega 3 - 1000 mg. For athletes, omega 3 intake is required, especially in diet programs aimed at reducing fat and muscle licking. The source of omega 3 fatty acids is fish oil containing EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function and this beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to normal vision function and promotes normal brain function. This positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
Omega 3 - 1000 mg from Extrifit is supplemented with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
DOSAGE:
Take 3 to 4 capsules a day, depending on body weight and intensity of physical activity. Distribute the daily dose throughout the day, for example in the morning, midday and evening. Take with food.
