Good Nature apple-cinnamon porridge 55g is a meal replacement for weight control.

Good nature apple-cinnamon porridge is 55 grams of instant porridge, which isdesigned for a diet with reduced energy content. This hearty porridge is the perfect replacement for breakfast. Satiates all morning even though it has a reduced carbohydrate content. It contains pieces of apple and cinnamon, which famously whole body warm. Its preparation is easy and fast, which accelerates the sleepy morning.

USE:

Stirring constantly, pour the contents of the bag to 1.5 dl of boiling water and let stand for 1 minute. For best results, use wire brushes beaters. If you are using Express Diet as a total diet replacement for weight reduction, consume 4 servings of product per day, of which 2 portions form salty soup. Follow the instructions for preparation and dosage.
