Cnicus is a herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family. It contains bitter substances, essential oils, tannins and other active substances. Benedict are attributed many healing effects, especially antibacterial and anticancer. It promotes digestion and tones, especially the formation of digestive juices and bile.

Wild Rose is a shrub that reaches a height of 1-3 meters. Arrows are edible and rich in vitamins, in particular vitamin C.
