St. John's Wort is known representative of the genus Hypericum. It is a perennial plant with yellow flowers in rich inflorescences. Tea St. John's wort is used in nerve injury and nerve problems of any kind, for injuries after strokes and in the aftermath of sore muscles from lifting. It is also an excellent remedy for diarrhea. Young girls should drink at the time of adolescence for a certain time every day, two to three cups of tea from St. John's.
