An Isostar can is an ion drink with a grapefruit flavor. It contains simple and complex carbohydrates, is ideal for hydration and is suitable for supplementing energy and micronutrients.

It is a rich source of calcium and magnesium and is designed for both men and women.

Ionic drinks are important for:

- supplementation of lost fluid

- supplementation of minerals and ions that leave the body with fluids

- delivering the required amount of energy (sometimes)

- maintaining a constant power level

- preventing negative symptoms (eg spasms)

- preventing collapse of the organism

Ionic drinks - Like all products and ionic beverages, we can divide into several groups. We divide them according to their content of osmotically active substances (mainly ions). This is sometimes called tonicity. These concentrations are then compared with blood plasma (more precisely with blood plasma tonicity). If they have the same content of osmotic substances as plasma, and therefore the same tonicity, they are called ISOTONIC beverages. If they have less tonicity, we call them HYPOTHONIC beverages. Well, in the third case (with higher tonicity) these are HYPPERTONIC drinks. As their composition and concentration differ, their use differs.
