USE:
Pour 4 large tablespoons (approx. 60 g) with warm (up to 42 ° C) vegetable or common milk or water. Stir and wait 2 min. Add slices of fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, apple, etc.). Can be sweetened with agave syrup or coconut sugar.
