Iswari BIO breakfast blend maca & mulberry & strawberry (containing superfoods / RAW / gluten free). Thanks to the very high proportion of polysaccharides fill you up without burdening your body.
Iswari's breakfast mixes are unique in that they are 'raw' - their ingredients have never been processed above 42 ° C. They retain the full nutritional composition of the original crops. In addition, they contain superfoods, which are foods of exceptional nutritional quality. Mixtures from Iswari are slightly sweetened with coconut sugar. This is a very delicious unrefined sweetener with a caramel tinge and a low glycemic index (GI = 35), containing a high amount of minerals.

* Strawberries freeze-dried - freeze-dried (freeze-dried) is the best preservation method. Thanks to it, the fruit - in this case strawberries - retain the intense taste of fresh fruit as well as their nutritional value.
 
* Maca - the root crop of the Peruvian Andes has always been consumed as an energy source. Because of its stimulating effects, it is sometimes called the Peruvian ginseng
 
Mulberry - sweet fruit with a natural occurrence of vitamins and minerals. The fruits are delicious and very sweet. Iswari Murishes are not sweetened!
 
* Almond flour - finely ground almonds. They reduce the acidity of the body, contain a number of minerals and monounsaturated healthy fats.
 
* Gluten-free oatmeal flakes - oatmeal is rich in slowly metabolized carbohydrates and is a natural source of minerals and vitamins. Moreover, oats in ISWARI breakfasts are gluten-free and germinated!
 
* Buckwheat - contains high amounts of slowly absorbed carbohydrates and proteins with a more complex composition than cereals. Naturally contains a number of minerals and vitamins.
 

USE:

Pour 4 large tablespoons of warm (up to 42 ° C) vegetable or common milk or water. Stir and wait 2 min. Add slices of fresh fruit (banana, apple, strawberry, etc.). Can be sweetened with agave syrup or coconut sugar. The mixture can be added to another eg cereal porridge to increase its nutritional value, add to yoghurt, etc.
