DESCRIPTION: Iswari BIO breakfast mix – chia & cocoa beans
Breakfast mixture from Iswari are unique in that they are living diet ( "raw"), which means that the ingredients have never been processed at a higher temperature than 42 ° C. And retain a full nutritional content as the original crop. Additionally, they contain superfoods (superfoods), which are foods with exceptional nutritional qualities. Mixtures of Iswari are slightly sweetened coconut sugar. It is very delicious taste of unrefined sweetener with a hint of caramel and a low glycemic index (GI = 35), containing high amounts of minerals. This mixture contains superfoods such as Lucuma, sprouted buckwheat, unroasted cocoa beans and chia seeds.
Lucuma is a fruit from the Peruvian Andes, which today ranks among the forgotten crop, although was once prized food of the Incas. It has an excellent creamy taste with a light vanilla flavor. It is rich in slowly absorbed carbohydrates and contains iron.
Sprouted buckwheat shell is better digestible than the treated dried buckwheat because germination activated enzymes and the digested organic matter. Additionally, sprouted buckwheat has a better taste and crunching.
