Iswari BIO Coconut Syrup is a natural sweetener with a delicious caramel flavor. It is used as an alternative to refined sugar and artificial sweeteners.

DESCRIPTION: Iswari BIO coconut syrup dark 350 g

Coconut syrup is made from yellow flowers of coconut palm, which are really coconut ripe and can be processed into sugar or palm wine.

This natural sweetener is obtained by cutting the flowers. The uncooked picker is gently heated until most of the water has evaporated and the nectar is not thickened. The resulting syrup has a golden color, the aroma and the taste is similar to caramel. In healthy diet, it is mainly used because of its low glycemic index.

Coconut syrup contains large amounts of minerals like magnesium, potassium, zinc and iron. It is also rich in B vitamins.

Coconut syrup is suitable for vegans.
