Matcha is a green, unfermented tea, ground to a fine powder. Currently he is one of the favorite raw materials among lovers of rapprochement with nature.
All raw materials are live, ie they have not been degraded by heat treatment. The mixture is sweetened only with natural coconut sugar, which is valuable because of its low glycemic index.
