It is part of almost all cell walls in the body. It is essential for the formation of biomembranes. It actively participates in both anabolic lipid exchange (lipid synthesis and distribution) and catabolic fat exchange (construction, lipid conversion). They are phospholipids, which are fats composed of fatty acids, glycerol, phosphoric acid and choline. The largest stores of lecithin are egg yolks, liver and soybeans. Vitamin E is considered to be the main fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The preparation does not contain GMOs.
DOSAGE:
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule / 3 times a day with food.
