LR LIFETAKT Fiber Boost is a food supplement containing fiber and chrome. Chrome contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to keep normal blood sugar levels. Thanks to fiber you will feel inside lightness. It does not contain sweeteners.

DESCRIPTION: LR LIFETAKT Fiber Boost Powder drink 210 g

Fiber is an important building block of our diet because it improves digestion and helps us feel better. In the hectic everyday life, but often eat unbalanced and fiber we are lacking. Fiber Boost contains fiber from three different sources, and this deficiency balances. Stevia does the delicious sweet taste - without the sugar and calories.
 
Breakfast or lunch is just a few hours, and re-logs in our stomach. In today's fast moving times mostly when we go on a hunger fast and usually high calorie food. That's why we bring Fiber Boost, which has low calories, high in fiber and is an ideal complement in diet.

Mix two scoops (1 cup = approx 3.5 g) in 200 ml of skim milk without lactose (1.5% fat) or water and can immediately consume. To mix use a sufficiently large glass (at least 300 ml). We recommend that you prepare in a shaker.
