Woman Phyto activ Red clover contains isoflavones, substances that are similar in structure female sex hormones estrogen, also known as isoflavones.

In the diet of these substances they occur very rarely and in small quantities. Therefore, it is designed for women who have difficulty in menopause (when it is insufficient estrogen levels in the blood). In this role, they have many other effects described (see eg. The study of the University Hospital, Vienna, published in the journal gyne 2003). In plants they act as antioxidants.

An extract of red clover can have a statistically significant effect on the reduction of metastases in women with positive estrogen dependent breast cancer. This matter is subject to further investigation. Furthermore, scientists reported that the phytoestrogens as soy, and red clover may have a cardioprotective effect. They also may help to modify the irregularity of menstrual bleeding and slightly contribute to improving mood.

Red clover, as a source of phytoestrogens, is very significant. Isoflavones from red clover are significantly more efficient than other sources (soy, lentils, flax). The point is that red clover contains four isoflavones (genistein, daidzein, biochanin A and formononetin), while, for example soya contains only two (only daidzein and genistein). Estrogen receptors are located in adipose tissue and mammary gland, therefore, this product improves firming. With vitamin D and calcium helps the product to maintain a normal state of the bone, thus the prevention of osteoporosis.

The recommended daily dose is one capsule 3 times daily, with water.
