Chios Mastiha crystals is a natural nutritional supplement containing high quality resin Pistacia lentiscus, which grows in the south of the island of Chios. This unique resin consists of a unique spectrum of effective and aromatic components.

USE: Mastiha crystals Chios 10 g
2-3 grams per day, equivalent to 8-12 pieces of medium-sized crystals
Mix harder and softer crystals, slowly prewise the front teeth until gum-like mass develops.
Chew for at least 15 minutes.
