Creatine monohydrate is one of the most popular supplemented with the growth of pure muscle mass and an increase in dynamic power. It has a direct effect on recovery after a hard workout and helps to burn fat. Regular supply of muscle creatine increases the amount of adenosine triphosphate ATP, which is the main source for muscle work.
