Creatine monohydrate is one of the most popular supplemented with the growth of pure muscle mass and an increase in dynamic power. It has a direct effect on recovery after a hard workout and helps to burn fat. Regular supply of muscle creatine increases the amount of adenosine triphosphate ATP, which is the main source for muscle work. Because there are no known side effects include creatine monohydrate supplemented with the most widespread in sports nutrition. In each tablet CREATINE MAXX 1000 refer 1000 mg of the purest creatine monohydrate, which will provide an immediate source of energy for your hard training.
