DESCRIPTION: Mixit Birthday Mix 500 g

Mixit prepared for its anniversary 8 years of the birthday mix, which contains the 8 most popular ingredients. To celebrate the new gold tube, we invited crispy lyophilized strawberries, raspberries, coconut, bananas and blueberries. The cashews and oatmeal make for fun and make the dark chocolate and chocolate mix crispy.

Lyophilization, also freeze-dried, is the drying method. The principle is based on the sublimation of frozen water at low pressure and low temperature. The advantage is that this method does not directly transfer the water from the liquid to the gaseous state, which in many cases is the cause of the damage of the dried material.
