Mixed Crispy Banana & Strawberry 23g by Mixit is a refreshing blend of crispy frozen dried fruit in your pocket.

Strawberries are a very rich source of vitamin C. Its content is comparable to citrus fruit. Depending on the variety, it may range from 40 to 90 mg / 100 g of the fetus. Except for a high proportion of vitamin C, they are also a rich source of vitamin A, B, E and organic acids.

Compared to other types of fruit, they contain a small proportion of natural sugars.

Banana contains three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. Banana is an elongated fruit and fruit of a banana tree, which is a highly sought-after commodity produced by farmers in tropical countries. Bananas usually have a weight of between 125-200 g, but this is significantly dependent on a particular cultivar.
