Mixit Crunchy Vegetables is a refreshing mix of crunchy dried vegetables that is flavored with great Italian cheese and spices.

DESCRIPTION: Mixit Crunchy Vegetables 50 g

Crispy vegetables, thoroughly dried at a low temperature of 48 °C to conserve vitamins and minerals! In the mixture, you can find sugar, beet and kohlrabi flavored with just a little salt and garlic. At the end, the vegetables are sprinkled with a mixture of Italian Grana Padano cheeses.
 
Beet is a real health well, because with its wide range of vitamins and minerals it can stimulate the heavily demineralized body system. In addition to a significant amount of beta-carotene there are vitamins B1, B2, B9, vitamin E, a very strong antioxidant and minerals potassium, calcium, iron mentioned, anticonvulsant magnesium, silicon, copper, valuable iodine, selenium, manganese , Cezium or lithium, which is significant by its positive influence on our psyche.
 
The cucumber has a very low energy value because it contains about 91% water, only a little fiber and only about 4% carbohydrates. The most valuable is the high content of carotene (up to 5 mg%, such as pepper) and minerals such as potassium, which drains excess water and salt from the body.
