*  Apples contain pectin, which in the gut traps water and waste products, promotes the excretion of toxins. They contain fructose, vitamin C and E, minerals - potassium and iron. Apples are one of the fruits, which is very rich in tannins, which are substances that have anti-inflammatory effects and restore the proper microflora in the gut.

*  Almonds are a rich source of potassium, iron, and zinc, also contain essential vitamin B and vitamin E. For health they are also highly beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber in almonds.
