Mixit Nut Cheerios mix 400 g - DESCRIPTION:

Tasty mixed muesli full of nuts (cashews, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pecan), almonds, coconut, oat flakes, gluten-free corn flakes, pumpkin seeds and lots of shavings of dark chocolate.

* Cashew nuts are fruits of Westerntree and are rich in tannins or vitamin C. They also contain magnesium, which we find in 100 g of 25% of the recommended daily allowance, then calcium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, selenium and iron.

* Brazil nuts are packed with selenium directly. Present are B-group vitamins and vitamin E. Extra rich are Brazil nuts for selenium, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, calcium and zinc. Brazil nuts contain proteins consisting of 18 amino acids that are the basis of nutrition each person and are particularly important for athletes.

* Coconut under typical phloem covered nutshel is hard white flesh, window stacking

consists of fat, carbohydrate, protein and watter. Coconut the source of calcium, fiber, protein, sugars and unsaturated fat. Contains lot of proteins, which is obtained by the muscle fiber to enhance brain.

* Chocolate delicious source of vitamins A, B6, C and D. Furthermore, including calcium, iron and magnesium. Chocolate is traditionally considered an aphrodisiac and stimulant.

Serving pour the mix into a bowl and add milk or mix it with yogurt. You can also spray your juice. Taste will also be improved honey.
