* Cocoa butter is a solid yellowish vegetable fat, which is formed by molding the crushed roasted cocoa beans. It is obtained by pressing on hydraulic presses, which flows from drceniny and is stored in solid form. The remaining moldings are milled to a cocoa powder. From cocoa butter to produce chocolate confectionery, used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. It has a mild chocolate flavor and aroma.

Allergens: Milk, lactose, soy. May contain traces of egg, soy, sulfur dioxide, sesame, mustard and celery.
