Mixit muesli - Maxi mixture Fík 700 g - DESCRIPTION:

Maximum perfect combination of tropical fruits, crunchy chips from oats and wheat, supplemented by oatmeal. Taste underscore sliced almonds, tropical fruits such as banana, sweet dates and figs. Figs are very valuable fruit. Figs are for our health is very beneficial. They have a higher fiber content compared to the rest of the fruit.

* Figs - have a higher fiber content compared to the rest of the fruit. Are sweet source of calcium, they contain large amounts of potassium, mucilage, vitamins and monosaccharides that are easily absorbed.

* Dates - contain vitamin A, vitamin B, potassium, chlorine, iron and copper. They are a quick source of energy.

* Almonds - are a rich source of potassium, iron, and zinc, also contain essential vitamin B and vitamin E. For health they are also highly beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber in almonds.

* Fiber - is not in our diet still adequately represented, yet it is a very important component of the food. It is advisable to supplement, for example in reducing diets. It can be found in wheat, corn, bran, vegetables, unpeeled fruits and root vegetables.
