A large portion of fiber with even more servings of fruits and nuts. Exotic fruits such as papaya or pineapple, mixed with Brazil nuts, cashews, almonds and other goodies are perfect snack not only for athletes. Nuts and seeds contain many valuable minerals and vitamins. They are very beneficial to our health. Nuts and seeds can be called a superfood nutrition for our brain.
* Cashew nuts are an excellent source of important minerals - copper, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and zinc.
* Almonds are a rich source of potassium, iron, and zinc, also contain essential vitamin B and vitamin E. For health they are also highly beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber in almonds.
* Fiber is not in our diet still adequately represented, yet it is a very important component of the food. It is advisable to supplement, for example in reducing diets. It can be found in wheat, corn, bran, vegetables, unpeeled fruits and root vegetables.
* Dried fruit retains share of vitamins, can not be ignored nor the amount of minerals.
