Mixit Plum Apricot - Crunchy Fruit is a refreshing mix of crunchy freeze dried fruit that contains plum and apricot. It's great with yogurt even.

DESCRIPTION: Mixit Plum Apricot - Crunchy Fruit 65 g

Crispy fruit from Mixit is a refreshing mix of crisp freeze dried fruit, which is great with yogurt itself.

Plums contain many vitamins and minerals. Plums are not too rich in vitamin C, but we find a source of B vitamins, sometimes even compared to a "B-complex tablet". Plums are primarily rich in minerals, they contain potassium (heart, nerves, muscles), phosphorus (metabolism, teeth, bones), iron (hematopoiesis, oxygenation of cells), magnesium (brain, muscles, metabolism) , Nerves) and less sulfur and zinc.
