Treat your taste buds a trip to the tropics with a refreshing combination of physalis with Brazil nuts, flavored crushed fruit of the freeze-dried fruit. Again suitable for vegans and gluten-free and lactose. The basic ingredients are gluten-free diet potatoes, rice, soybeans, corn, buckwheat, beans, amaranth, millet and products made from them. Gluten-free foods are available in health food stores, specialist shops directly on gluten-free range, in pharmacies on the Internet, but also in larger supermarkets and hypermarkets, which usually take from a few shelves to entire departments.
Physalis (gooseberry) is a greenish-yellow to orange icing enclosed in papery thin, exaggerated and bloated vesica ribbed cup, which has a gray-green color after maturing. Physalis contains 30 mg of vitamin C per 100 g, provitamin A, mineral substances, especially potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and other elements. One hundred grams of pulp has the energy value of 240 to 250 KJ (60 kcal). Physalis is a diuretic and improves metabolism, eliminates uric acid and other waste products from the body. Therefore it is used in rheumatism, kidney insufficiency and gout.
Brazil nuts contain more than 66% fat, which are highly perishable. These contain up to 25% saturated fatty acids. Along with palm and coconut Brazil nuts are the richest plant in this type of fatty acids. Their most important dietetic properties is the high content of vitamin B1, which is higher than in meat, milk or eggs. This vitamin include more just wheat germ, brewer's yeast, sunflower seeds and pine nuts. Brazil nuts are suitable for those who suffer from nervous disorders such. Irritability, depression, memory loss, poor concentration and impaired mental performance.
