AMA Caps is a unique mixture of free amino acids, supplemented with supporting substances to increase usability, it serves for highly effective regeneration and growth of muscle mass.
The main philosophy of AMA is to supply muscle mass with amino acids in the most effective form (pure, free) and in addition to the mutual ratio, which is most natural to human muscle. Individual amino acids, ie only those that are important for the regeneration and growth of muscle mass, are represented in the AMA in the same proportion as is typical for human muscle. In addition, amino acids are supplemented with excipients that maximize their usability and rate of absorption, they are enriched with vitamin B6.
DOSAGE:
It is recommended to take 6 to 9 tablets a day. On training days, 3 to 4 tablets are taken about 60 minutes before the sport and 3 to 5 tablets immediately after. On days without training, 2 to 3 tablets are taken 3 times a day. The maximum daily allowed dose is 12 tablets.
