BCAA can be consumed all day or before, during and after exercise. They are suitable for anyone who wants to support the intensity of training.
USE:
1 dose of BCAA is 5 g (6.5 g).
Mix with 250 - 350 ml of water or juice and consume before, during or after training.
Take 1 dose (5 g, 6.5 g) 2 - 4 times a day for optimal results.
