Tablets BCAA Plus contain no industrial dyes and preservatives. There are not even any added sugar and salt. It promotes muscle growth and contributes to its maintenance during strenuous exercise diet.

DESCRIPTION: MyProtein BCAA Plus 270 tablets

Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) constitutes up to 35% of muscle mass. This makes them an essential element of the diet of each of us, especially those who are training to build muscle. Although the BCAA present in foods such as fish, chicken or beef, to obtain the same amount of amino acids, such as from the product BCAA Plus would consume unreasonable amounts of these foods. BCAA Plus contain three of the nine essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, in a ratio of 2:1:1, ready to support your training efforts. These amino acids the body can not produce itself, and it is therefore necessary to complement them through diet. To meet your daily needs, we also added 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.

BCAA are unique in that they are stored directly into the muscles, resulting in more rapid start of regeneration. Other amino acids such as lysine, are absorbed in the stomach and into the muscles get up after a longer time. Vitamin B6 is involved in the proper function of the immune system, the metabolism of protein and glycogen, and reducing fatigue.
