MyProtein BCAA Plus they contain three of the nine essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, in a ratio of 2: 1: 1, ready to support your training efforts. Tablets BCAA Plus contain no industrial dyes and preservatives. There are not even any added sugar and salt. DESCRIPTION: MyProtein BCAA Plus 90 tablets

Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) constitutes up to 35% of muscle mass. This makes them an essential element of the diet of each of us, especially those who are training to build muscle. Although the BCAA present in foods such as fish, chicken or beef, to obtain the same amount of amino acids, such as from the product BCAA Plus would consume unreasonable amounts of these foods. BCAA Plus contain three of the nine essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, in a ratio of 2: 1: 1, ready to support your training efforts.
